Built for businesses in motion.

A team of operators, strategists, and partners helping growing companies move forward with clarity.

Growth changes everything.

What once worked starts to feel heavy. Decisions take longer. Roles blur. Systems strain. Leaders carry more than they should — and still feel like something’s missing.

Xwurk was built for that moment.

Partnership over prescription.

We don’t believe in parachuting in with answers.

Our work starts by listening to leaders, teams, and the business itself. We take time to understand what’s actually happening, not just what’s written in a plan or dashboard. From there, we help build systems, structures, and habits that fit your business and your stage of growth.

Sometimes that means stepping in deeply. Other times it means coaching, guiding, and supporting from the side. Always, it means working with you — not around you.

The leadership behind Xwurk.

Experienced. Curious. Grounded.

Christopher DenHerder

Head of Strategy & Growth

Chris has spent his career working alongside business owners and leadership teams to help them simplify complexity, strengthen their teams, and build systems that actually support growth. His work spans sales strategy, organizational development, leadership coaching, and revenue operations — always with a focus on clarity, alignment, and momentum.

What sets Chris apart isn’t a love of frameworks — it’s his ability to meet people where they are, ask the right questions, and help teams move forward with confidence. He believes the best work happens when strategy and humanity aren’t treated as opposites, and when leaders are supported, not judged.

At Xwurk, Chris leads strategy and client partnerships, helping businesses move from “busy” to “building” — with intention, rhythm, and trust.

What guides our work?

These values aren’t aspirational. They’re how we show up — with our clients and with each other.

Own the outcome.

We take responsibility for the work we do and the impact it creates. We don’t disappear after recommendations — we stay engaged, accountable, and committed to seeing things through.

Build with clarity.

Confusion slows everything down. We believe clarity creates confidence, momentum, and better decisions — for leaders and teams alike.

Stay human, always.

Business is built by people. We approach every conversation, challenge, and decision with empathy, honesty, and respect.

Design for growth.

We build with tomorrow in mind. Systems, roles, and processes should support where the business is going — not just where it’s been.

Work in rhythm.

Sustainable growth isn’t about sprinting nonstop. It’s about pace, alignment, and consistency. We help teams find a rhythm that supports progress without burnout.
