Jason’s background includes years of hands-on work building, leading, and supporting teams through complex technical and operational challenges. He has a practical, grounded approach to problem-solving — one that values reliability, thoughtful execution, and doing the work the right way.
At Xwurk, Jason focuses on ensuring the business operates with integrity and consistency, supporting both the internal team and client partnerships. He plays a key role in shaping how Xwurk delivers its services, integrates systems, and scales sustainably as the organization grows.
Christopher DenHerder
Head of Strategy & Growth
Chris has spent his career working alongside business owners and leadership teams to help them simplify complexity, strengthen their teams, and build systems that actually support growth. His work spans sales strategy, organizational development, leadership coaching, and revenue operations — always with a focus on clarity, alignment, and momentum.
What sets Chris apart isn’t a love of frameworks — it’s his ability to meet people where they are, ask the right questions, and help teams move forward with confidence. He believes the best work happens when strategy and humanity aren’t treated as opposites, and when leaders are supported, not judged.

Jake helps hold the work together from strategy to execution. With a strong mix of project leadership and hands-on development experience, he plays a key role in keeping projects clear, moving, and aligned to client goals. From early solution design through delivery, Jake brings both structure and technical understanding to the process, helping Xwurk clients move from scattered needs to real progress. A Hope College graduate and former co-captain of the swim team, Jake brings the same steady leadership and team-first mindset to client work every day.

Natalie specializes in cloud-based business solutions that help clients better organize information, improve visibility, and get more out of their systems. Her work spans Dynamics 365, SharePoint, the Power Platform, and data-focused dashboarding, allowing her to bridge both process and insight. With a background in information systems and data analytics, she enjoys turning raw data into useful tools that help businesses operate with more clarity and confidence.

Lauren brings a strong blend of business intelligence, automation, and application development to the Xwurk team. With experience across Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CRM, and SharePoint, she helps clients take complex processes and turn them into smarter, more connected systems. Power BI Developer
Ben brings deep analytical strength to Xwurk’s business intelligence work, especially when projects involve financial reporting, KPI tracking, and more advanced data modeling. His expertise in Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel, and VBA makes him a strong fit for clients who need more than just a dashboard — they need answers. With academic backgrounds in both mathematics and economics, Ben is especially effective at turning complex data into clear reporting that supports better business decisions.

Mike has spent his entire career in the areas of Systems Support and Database Development and serves as our resident SQL Database expert. Mike is also an accomplished Excel VBA developer and Power BI Consultant. He has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Computer Science.
Sheila Jipping
Excel Solutions Developer
Sheila brings decades of development experience and a deep understanding of how business systems actually need to function in the real world. Her work spans Microsoft Access, Excel/VBA, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, SQL Azure, and Power Apps, giving her a rare range of experience across both legacy and modern platforms. She has supported clients in a wide range of industries, with especially strong experience in manufacturing and distribution. Sheila is the kind of problem solver who helps businesses move from patchwork processes to more dependable, scalable systems.
